The Service is STRICTLY intended for persons aged 18 and over.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has accessed the Service, or if the user explicitly indicates that they are under 18, we may:

  • restrict or block access to the Service;
  • prohibit further use of the bot and related functions;
  • delete personal data related to such user from operational systems.

If you are under 18, please stop using the Service immediately.

By starting to use the Service, you voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

The Ami Service provides entertainment and informational functionality based on artificial intelligence technologies. AI companion responses are advisory and informational only and do not constitute:

  • medical advice or diagnosis;
  • psychological counseling or psychotherapy;
  • legal advice or legal opinion;
  • financial or investment advice.

You should not rely on Service responses as the sole or final basis for important decisions. Seek professional assistance when necessary.

1.6. User Responsibility for Provided Data

You are responsible for the content of data you submit to the Service, including text, voice messages, images and other materials.

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • do not provide personal data of third parties without legal grounds;
  • do not provide data obtained or used in violation of applicable law;
  • do not provide materials containing illegal content, including exploitation of minors, hate speech or promotion of violence.

In case of violation, we may restrict or terminate your access and delete related data.

2. Categories of Personal Data

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

2.1. Identification Data

  • Unique user identifier (system ID) — encrypted
  • Public profile information (name, username, if provided)
  • Gender (specified at first use)

2.2. Interaction History with AI Companion

  • Text messages — encrypted
  • Voice messages — processed temporarily for speech-to-text and not stored as audio
  • Images — processed temporarily for context analysis and not stored
  • Message timestamps

2.3. User Preferences and Conversation Context

To improve personalization of the AI companion, we may automatically extract and store information from your conversations about:

  • Personal interests and hobbies
  • Communication preferences and style
  • Life goals, values and priorities
  • Current conversation topics
  • Location and time zone (if mentioned)
  • Emotional state and mood
  • Appearance and physical preferences (if relevant)
  • Personality traits
  • Lifestyle and daily habits
  • Relationship goals
  • Other relevant preferences for personalization

We do not specifically request or seek to collect political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life or other special categories of personal data. We strongly recommend not sharing such data unless absolutely necessary.

If you voluntarily provide such data, it is processed only:

  • to generate responses within the current dialogue; and
  • to personalize interaction with a specific character.

Such data is not used for legally significant decisions, targeted advertising, and is not included in aggregated analytics where possible.

2.4. Payment Data

  • Transaction ID
  • Amount and currency
  • Payment confirmation screenshot (if voluntarily provided)
  • Date and time of transaction

We do NOT collect or store:

  • Full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, expiration dates
  • Passwords or PIN codes

We recommend hiding any unnecessary financial data on screenshots not required for payment verification.

2.5. Technical Metadata

When using the Service, we may automatically receive and process the following technical data:

  • Device time zone
  • Interface language and client settings
  • IP address and approximate location (city/region)
  • Device type, OS, browser/client version
  • Usage analytics events (without message content)

These data are used for security, abuse prevention, service functionality and anonymized statistics.

2.6. Data We Do Not Specifically Request

We do NOT request and do NOT require you to provide the following when using the Service:

  • Phone number (unless voluntarily provided in conversation)
  • Email address (unless required for certain products)
  • Full legal name and passport data
  • Residential address
  • Other identity documents

If you voluntarily provide such information in conversation, it may also become part of the processed personal data.

4.2. Storage Location

Data may be stored on servers located outside the user's country of residence.

By using the Service, you understand and agree that your personal data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country of residence, while we take reasonable measures to protect your data under this Policy.

  • Chat history — until user deletion
  • Profile data — until account deletion request
  • Payment info — as required for disputes and accounting
  • Logs — typically up to 90 days
  • Support tickets — up to 1 year

4.4. Data Deletion

You can manage your data in the following ways:

  • Clear conversation history with a specific character using /clear_conversation (data are removed from the Service's primary working database).
  • Request full data deletion via @ami_support_bot. When deleting an account, all your personal data will be deleted from working systems, including:
    • Chat history
    • Preference data
    • Identification data

Some data may be temporarily stored in backups and technical logs for a limited period required to ensure security and system recovery.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

5.1. Data Minimization

We do not sell personal data.

5.2. Recipients

To operate the Service, we may share your data with the following categories of processors:

When sharing data with AI processors, we try not to transfer your direct identifiers (internal ID, logins, etc.) and, where possible, limit it to the message content necessary to process the dialogue.

  • Detecting and preventing technical failures

Before sending data to monitoring systems, we filter personal data where possible and use anonymized or aggregated data.

At the same time, we cannot guarantee absolute security of external services and do not bear responsibility for their actions beyond what is provided by applicable law and our agreements with them.
